Mobil 1 Lube Express in Iowa City is an independently and locally owned maintenance and repair facility. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of vehicle care and customer service available. We maintain a locally owned, friendly and fair environment, which respects attention to detail. We do this by having the owner on site every day, only hiring the best of employees, using only the best of professional grade parts, and to truly take care of and in servicing your vehicle; including a staff of ASE Certified Mechanics.

Drive in is super convenient, and the staff are kind and efficient. They not try to upsell me, and gave all the options for oil (my car needs full synthetic, but I did appreciate it). They also top off fluids with every service. I also remembered I needed my rear wiper replaced - they don’t stock the one I needed, but they work with an auto parts store down the street and got and replaced the wiper in 10 minutes. They do have tire rotation and other services, but you’d need to ask for those in addition to the oil change.
